Voices on the Wind Voices in Tribute
This is a Tribute by Wilda Morris to the poet who said I ask only for wonder and never ceased to be awed, the prophet who said No in a spirit of love, who said Some are guilty, but all are responsible, who looked in the face of holocaust and still found hope; the mystic whose steps on the road to Selma were prayer, the philosopher who said God can be found in books and proved it by what he wrote, the rabbi who was always humbled when remembering he was the child of a King, image of the Holy One, the man named Abraham J. Heschel.
